Locals find you on Korean apps. Visitors bring their own.

Nearly 19 million foreign visitors came to Korea last year. They plan with the apps already on their phones, like Google Maps, Apple Maps and ChatGPT, not the Korean apps your regulars use. The Creativv gets your business found and chosen in those apps, then keeps it there while you run the shop.

Two cities share every street in Seoul.

One city searches in Korean, on Korean apps. The other landed last week with the apps already on their phones, and picks where to eat, shop and book on Google, Apple Maps and AI chat apps, often before the plane touches down.

Most Seoul businesses are only set up for the first city. Keep doing what works for your Korean customers. We bring you everyone else.

Korea conditionally approved Google's request to export high-precision map data, clearing the way for Google Maps to work properly here after two decades of refusals. Expect more visitors to rely on global maps apps from street to doorstep. The businesses that set up their presence there now get the head start.

We handle everything a visitor checks before walking in.

Eleven services in three parts: getting found, getting chosen, and staying ahead. We do the work and show you the proof every month.

Get onto the maps, searches and AI answers visitors use to decide where to go.

See exactly where you show up.

Map results change every few streets. Search “korean bbq” outside Myeongdong Station and you might be second. Walk two blocks and you're gone. We check your ranking from hundreds of spots around your door and turn it into a map where each circle shows your rank from that spot. Then we re-check on a schedule, so you watch the map turn green as the work takes effect.

  • A map for every search that matters, on Google Maps and Apple Maps
  • Any area, from one block to all of Seoul
  • One progress number: your share of top-3 spots
Example visibility map before: a seven by seven grid of numbered circles over a street map. Most spots show rank 20 or worse, a ring of red mid-teen ranks, and rank 4 at the business itself. The same example map after: the business ranks first at its own location, the inner ring is green top-3 ranks, and the outer spots are yellow ranks 4 to 8. Before After

Get recommended when visitors ask AI.

More travelers plan their days by asking ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and Google's AI answers where to eat, shop and book. We ask those questions the way visitors do, from dozens of spots around your business, and record who gets recommended, how the AI describes you, and which websites it relies on. Then you know exactly what to strengthen.

  • How often each AI recommends you, and for which questions
  • Whether AI talks you up or steers people elsewhere
  • The sites AI cites, plus a check of your website's titles and structured data
Print of an AI chat: a blue question bubble and an answer listing three places, with the first one highlighted, starred and marked with a red pin. A grid of dots behind it stands for questions asked from many spots.

Know where you can win.

For every search and every spot on the map, we show where you already lead, where you're close, and which searches are still wide open. That tells us where your next customers are most likely to come from, so the effort goes where it counts.

  • Where you lead, search by search and street by street
  • The open searches worth going after next

Be chosen고르다

Turn a glance at your listing into a visit. Visitors compare a few places in seconds. We make sure you look like the safe bet.

A listing that sells to strangers.

Your Google Business Profile is your storefront for someone who has never walked past it. We set the right categories, services and attributes, write a clear English description, upload photos that show what you really offer, and set holiday hours before Seollal and Chuseok so nobody arrives at a locked door.

  • Categories and services matched to visitor searches
  • English description and fresh photos
  • Holiday hours set ahead of every public holiday
Print of a phone showing a business profile: a storefront photo with a striped awning, five stars, category chips, opening hours and action buttons, next to a photo card, a holiday-hours tag with a full moon, and a check mark.

Every review gets a reply.

Visitors read your replies as closely as the reviews. A warm thank-you on a five-star review, and a calm, specific answer to a one-star one, tell a stranger you care. We take care of every reply to your new Google reviews ourselves, in natural English and in your voice, with a different approach for happy and unhappy customers.

You also get a direct review link for receipts and table cards, so visitors leave their review before they fly home.

  • New reviews checked every day
  • Different replies for 5-star and 1-star reviews
  • A one-tap review link to share in store

Print of a cluster of circles in green, red, yellow and blue, sized by how often each topic comes up in reviews, above a red-to-green sentiment scale with two markers.

Hear what visitors tell each other.

We read every review you get and separate what people praise from what costs you stars: the English menu, the wait, the prices, the staff. You get a clear score, a comparison with your closest competitors, and a short list of fixes worth making.

Print of a wall calendar with posting days circled in green twice a week and a yellow full moon on the 25th, with two post cards fanned out behind it.

Keep your profile looking active.

Seasonal menus, events, new arrivals, holiday hours. We publish Google posts on a steady schedule, so anyone checking you from a hotel room sees a business that's alive and ready for them.

Show up on the sites search engines and AI trust.

When a search engine or AI assistant answers a question about your area, it leans on travel guides, review sites and directories. We find the ones that appear for your searches in your neighborhood, and the ones AI cites, then give you a ranked list of where you need to be listed.

  • The directories and guides that rank for your searches
  • The sources AI assistants quote about your area

Protect what we build and see what it brings in.

We watch your listing every day.

Anyone can suggest an edit to a Google listing. A wrong phone number, a moved pin or a “permanently closed” label can cost you weeks of visitors before you notice. We monitor every key detail of your profile around the clock, from phone number to map pin, undo changes you didn't make, and flag duplicate listings that split your reviews.

We also keep every month of your calls, website clicks and direction requests, so you can compare this Chuseok with the last one.

Print of a monthly report sheet with a small ranking map, a progress ring, a rising line chart and three bars, beside a phone showing the same report.

One report you'll actually read.

Once a month you get one email: your map then and now, how AI assistants talk about you, the reviews we answered, and the calls, website clicks and direction requests your profile brought in. It opens on your phone. No logins, no jargon.

Built for the places visitors go looking for.

If foreign visitors could be your customers, they're already searching for you in English. One location or twenty: each gets its own map, replies and daily watch, and your report puts them side by side.

Start with a free map. Stay because the map keeps improving.

  1. A free map this week

Tell us your business and the searches you want to win. We send back a map of where you rank today across your neighborhood, and where the biggest openings are.

  2. Setup in month one

We join your Google profile as a manager, fix categories, hours, photos and description, start replying to reviews and posting updates, and begin the daily watch.

  3. Progress every month

We re-check your map and what AI assistants say about you, keep replies and posts going, act on what the data shows, and send you one clear report.

Before you ask.

Do I have to stop using Naver?

No. Naver is still where Korean customers find you, so keep it. We work on everything else: Google Search, Google Maps, Apple Maps and AI assistants. We don't manage Naver listings.

What do you need from me?

Manager access to your Google Business Profile (you stay the owner), a handful of good photos, and a short call about what makes you worth visiting. If you don't have a Google profile yet, we'll walk you through creating one.

Can you guarantee the number one spot?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. The platforms decide rankings. What we promise is the work, and a map every month that shows exactly where you stand.

How soon will I see a difference?

Profile fixes, review replies and posts go live in the first weeks. Rankings move more slowly, usually over a few months, depending on how crowded your street is. Your monthly map shows every step.

Is it safe to give you access?

You remain the owner and can remove us at any time. Every change we make is logged with what we did and when, and we'll show you that history whenever you ask.

I have more than one location.

Each location gets its own map, review replies and daily watch. Your monthly report shows them side by side, so you can see which branch needs attention.

See your map before you pay anything.

Tell us where you are and what visitors search for. We'll map where you rank today across your neighborhood and show you where the biggest openings are. It's free, with no contract.

We use these details only to prepare your map and contact you about it. Privacy policy
